A leading company in the field of construction and engineering solutions, is looking for a responsible employee in the position of Operations Accountant.
Essential Duties:
- Keeping current accounting records of business transactions.
- Preparation of accounting reports, statements and returns.
- Handling primary and secondary accounting documents.
- Participating in inventories and checks of assets and inventories.
- Reconciliation and processing of invoices and other documents relating to suppliers and customers.
- Maintaining contractor files and monitoring payments.
- Participation in monthly and annual closing of accounting transactions.
Requirements:
- Suitable education in accounting or finance.
- Experience in accounting will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Proficiency with MS Office, experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with paperwork.
- Team working and communication skills with external and internal partners.
