DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used with the following meanings:

• "WE", "OWNER", "SUPPLIER" is Em & El Team Ltd;
• "SITE", "WEBSITE" is the website mandlteam.com;
• "USER" means any individual who uses any of the mandlteam.com services for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to compliance with and observance of all copyright and related notices;
• "CUSTOMER" means any person who has entered into a contractual relationship with Owner in connection with the use of the services provided on or by mandlteam.com;
• "SERVICES" on the Site includes access to the services and information resources provided through the Site's web browser. The provider offers services related to accounting services, accounting consulting, etc. Payment is required to obtain services.

INTRODUCTION AT SERVICES

The following services offered by the Provider are presented on the www.mandlteam.com website:

- Outsourced accounting;

- Payroll and Personnel Services;

- VAT registration;

- Accounting consultations;

- Auditing of accounting documents;

- Annual accounts, etc.

The Owner has the right to make changes to the published services at any time and without notice. It is possible that some of the information published on the site refers to services that are not currently offered or available. The owner of the website is not responsible for technical errors in the presentation of the services.

TECHNICAL STEPS ABOUT APPLY AT SERVICE

In order to request a service from the Supplier's catalogue you need to send an email, contact the Supplier by phone or visit the Supplier's office in person. Contact details can be found in the Contacts section.

ENGAGING AT SUPPLIER

The provider commits to customers only after a signed service contract. Any other type of written or oral agreements and promises have no binding effect on the Supplier.

ASSISTANTS

If the service requires it, the Supplier will use assistants to fulfil its contractual obligations with customers. These assistants will comply with all terms of the agreement between the Supplier and the Customer. The decision to use assistants is at the Supplier's sole discretion.

RESPONSIBILITY AT TASKS OUT CONTRACT

Additional assignments outside the contract that must be prepared in less than 24 hours, as well as assignments requiring weekend or holiday work, may be subject to an additional fee. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse any request for service beyond those in the contract.

ENGAGEMENT ABOUT SUBMIT AT INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, reliable and complete information necessary for the Supplier to perform the agreed services.

Customers are obliged to provide the Supplier with all necessary information at the latest within 3 days after the Supplier sends a request. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in the provision of the service due to delay in communication with the Customers.

MEDIATION

The Supplier may assist the Customers in engaging Additional Services offered by subcontractors - partners of the Supplier. The Supplier shall not be liable in any way for the performance or quality of such services. The responsibility for the performance of the Additional Services shall be solely and exclusively borne by the Subcontractors.

PAYMENT

Payment for services is made through:

- bank transfer.

Each Customer who has made a payment will receive an invoice from the Supplier.

RIGHTS И DUTIES AT THE PARTIES

• Users may not disable or disrupt the functionality of the website or carry out malicious attacks.
• The type and specifics of use of the website may be changed unilaterally, at the discretion of the owner of mandlteam.com.
• All users are granted the right to use the services of the site solely for personal/non-commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• The content of the website is determined by the owner of mandlteam.com and mandlteam.com also has the right to change the content of its website at any time, adding and/or removing sections and/or material at its discretion.
• Access to the site may be temporarily suspended or restricted for site maintenance or the introduction of new services. Due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The fact that any particular provision of these Terms and Conditions is or may be declared unlawful, void or unenforceable shall not render the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions unlawful, void or unenforceable.

ONLY BREAK

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's ability to use the Page at any time, for any particular reason or in the absence thereof. The Provider may also block his access to the Page in the event of:

(a) breach of these Terms and Conditions;

(b) if it is unable to verify or identify the information provided by the User; or

(c) believes that the User's actions may result in financial loss or legal liability to the User, the Provider's customers or the Provider's organization.

APPLICABLE RIGHT

In all matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the current legislation of Bulgaria shall apply.

CHANGES В GENERAL CONDITIONS

In view of the periodic additions and modifications to the Services, their improvement and expansion, as well as in connection with possible legislative changes that affect them, the General Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Provider. This change may also be made in the event of a change in the type, nature or technology of the Services provided, in the event of the discontinuation of the provision of certain Services, and in the event of a change in economic conditions.

When making changes to the General Terms and Conditions, the Provider shall bring them to the attention of Users by publishing them on the Provider's Website.
