A leading manufacturing company are looking for a positive and ambitious new member of their team to take on the role of Extrusion Production Technologist.
Job Description:
- Supervises the observance of working technologies on machines in the workshop, making timely amendments and corrections.
- Monitors compliance with work and technological discipline.
- Responsible for the quality of the products produced in the workshop.
- Together with the head of the department develops the technological regimes, prescriptions and instructions.
- Responsible for the economical use of raw materials, materials, electricity, water, etc. and participates in the development of cost norms.
- He is responsible for keeping the technological documentation in the workshop and takes care of its storage.
- Prepares and monitors the availability of process documentation on all jobs in the direction.
- Performs daily production reporting.
- Assists the TDA on the preparation of prices and determination of labour rates.
- Assists ZDTD and PL in the specification and planning of raw materials and supplies in the direction.
- Prepares shop floor reporting forms and ensures their timely submission.
- Assists in commissioning of new facilities and technologies.
- Supervises and is responsible for accurate information regarding major machinery and equipment.
- Comply with the instructions on OSH and H&S, internal work order and work organization.
- Know the QMS documents related to the job requirements
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Minimum one year experience in the specialty
