A leading manufacturing company are looking for a positive and ambitious new member of their team to take on the role of Head of Injection Moulding.
Job Description:
- He is in charge of the overall production and economic activity in the injection moulding production.
- Organizes and is responsible for the implementation of planned tasks.
- Responsible for the quality of production in all areas of injection moulding. Identifies and implements measures for continuous improvement and prevention of waste.
- Ensures the necessary use of production equipment, materials and raw materials.
- Ensures technically correct operation of equipment and compliance with established production technology.
- Coordinates the work of the shift supervisors.
- Carries out the selection of employees, their allocation to sections and workplaces and their appropriate use.
- Responsible for compliance with production and work discipline, rules and regulations on OHS, OSH and production hygiene of workers.
- Assists in the introduction of new technologies and facilities.
- Makes suggestions on modernization of production for improvement.
- Comply with the instructions on OHS and OSH, internal work order and work organisation
- Know the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and apply them in daily work
- Know the BSCI Code of Ethics and ensure that the requirements are implemented
Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- Over five years of experience in the specialty
- Loyalty to the company, responsibility, discipline, precision, honesty, initiative, teamwork skills, communication skills
