Requirements:
- Experience in industrial equipment and road construction equipment.
- Knowledge in mechanical systems and electronics related to these brands
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
- Driving license cat. В
- Responsibility and punctuality in completing work tasks
- Communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Higher technical education.
- Microsoft office skills
- English is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of service work according to orders.
- Leading the team and completing orders on time.
- Monitoring and requesting stock of parts and consumables required for scheduled service work.
- Communication with customers.
- Communicating with service supervisor, deputy manager and warehouse staff.
- Entering service orders into a process management system (Microsoft Navision).
- To join the service team as required - diagnosing, servicing and repairing warranty and out of warranty Cummins and Yanmar engines and generators both in the workshop and on site at the customer with a service vehicle.
- Completion of service orders and reports of work performed.
- Giving instructions and findings for further action on repairs.
