M&L Team Ltd. Is looking for a new member for the position of Technical Construction Manager in a leading construction and engineering solutions company.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhering to the company mission, vision, values and culture, as well as employee buy-in.
Strict adherence to company work standards, established procedures, instructions and orders.
Organizing, planning, directing, coordinating and controlling the execution of assigned WIPs and WDs.
Maintaining and storing all technical documentation for the sites for which responsible.
Exercising site supervision and coordination of the work of subcontractors.
Participation in the development of working designs for the organisation and execution of construction for the assigned sites.
Detailed study of project documentation and working drawings, and submission of working designs to contractors.
Supervising the commissioning of plant and machinery after maintenance or fault rectification.
Ensuring the rectification of faults and malfunctions on plant and machinery.
Planning site maintenance and preparing a calendar schedule of material, mechanisation and manpower requirements.
Controlling the quality of execution of the works being carried out and reporting when quality performance is suspected to be inadequate.
Responsibility for work safety and environmental protection, providing necessary safety equipment and site instruction.
Checking calculations and signing deeds and reports for services performed and materials received.
Preparation of a report on the quantity and quality of work carried out and reporting to the 'Bid Department'.
Ensuring that working hours are correctly recorded and used efficiently.
Conducting health and safety and fire protection briefings.
Participating in the development of company bylaws, plans, strategies and plan schedules.
Requirements:
Experience in construction site management
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building standards and regulations.
Compliance with internal working procedures and health and safety.
