The candidate will play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall organization and management of the construction site: planning, coordination and control of all stages of the construction process.
- Preparation and maintenance of Act 19, detailed schedules and other necessary technical documents ensuring quality and compliance of the works.
- Resource Requisitions: Preparation of requisitions for required equipment, construction materials and labour, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Management: Assigning, coordinating and supervising the work of the construction team and subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Travel: The position requires willingness to travel within the country to supervise and coordinate various sites.
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
- Saturdays and Sundays are holidays, but Saturdays are open if necessary.
Requirements for applicants:
- Education: higher education in the field of construction or graduated from a construction technical school.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a technical supervisor.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and manage people, and decision making skills in a dynamic environment.
- Technical competence: Knowledge in preparing technical documentation and working with various construction technologies and materials.
